Its secure certificate has not been issued yet, so sign-in is disabled — we will not ask for a password over an unencrypted connection.
If this is your portal: check that the domain is a CNAME to portal.smsgateway.lk and that it is DNS-only (in Cloudflare, the grey cloud — not the orange one). The certificate is issued automatically within a few minutes of that being right.
